CR Willow Point Campbell River V9W 1L4

Welcome home to this tastefully updated 2 bed, 1 bath rancher in sought after Willow Point! When you pull up to the home you will notice that the driveway looks different from the rest. It has been replaced with enviro paving. It is made of recycled tires an shouldn't shrink, fade or unravel. New vinyl siding adorns some of the exterior to compliment the brick. While we are on the outside, if you go around the back in the fully fenced, very private yard, you will also find the same material on the covered patio. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen you won't want to leave. With quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, drawers for days and a lovely gas stove to cook anything you can dream up. In the living room there is a new gas fireplace to cuddle up to and help with the heating in the winter months. This is an excellent buy for a family starting out or a couple that wants to kick back.
